From enquiry to keys in four steps

1. Book a private viewing

Fill in the form below or call us directly. We arrange viewings seven days a week, including evenings, so you can see the light at the time you will actually be home. Each viewing lasts around forty-five minutes and includes a walk through the communal gardens, concierge lobby and your chosen residence.

2. Choose your residence

After your visit we hold your preferred apartment for seventy-two hours at no cost. During that window you can return for a second look, bring a partner or simply take time to decide without pressure.

3. Complete referencing

Our referencing partner handles employment, landlord and credit checks within forty-eight hours. We accept a range of circumstances — self-employed, retired, international — and discuss each case individually.

4. Move in

Sign your tenancy digitally, transfer your deposit via bank transfer, and collect your keys from the concierge desk. We offer a complimentary welcome hamper sourced from Armstrongborough producers, and our maintenance team is on call around the clock from day one.

Questions residents ask before moving in

Yes. We welcome well-behaved dogs and cats. There is no additional deposit, though we do ask that dogs are kept on a lead in communal corridors and gardens. Our ground-floor apartments have direct garden access, which many dog owners prefer.

Rent covers building insurance, concierge service from 7 am to 10 pm, maintenance of communal areas, secure underground parking for one vehicle, high-speed fibre broadband (up to 900 Mbps) and access to the residents' lounge and roof garden. Council tax and personal contents insurance are the tenant's responsibility.

Our standard tenancy is twelve months, rolling to a monthly basis after the initial term. We also offer six-month agreements for The Cairn layout, subject to availability. Break clauses can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Every apartment includes one allocated space in the secure underground car park. Four 22 kW EV charging bays are available on a first-come basis, billed at cost price via your monthly statement. Additional visitor parking is available at street level.

Absolutely. All residences are available fully furnished or as an unfurnished shell. If you choose furnished, our interiors team can tailor the palette and pieces to your preferences before move-in day at no extra charge.
